For us there's nothing worse than reading comments two or three years old attached to an article. Just as the comments can make an article seem fresh and exciting when they're fresh and exciting, stale comments can make an article seem out-of-date. Therefore "New" chapters are posted on special series forums where readers can basically pick them apart as much as they like for two weeks. After two weeks the chapters are then archived in the "Old" Chapter section.
